Mobility
Find the travelling solution that suits you best and come to Belval Campus by bus, train, car, bicycle or on foot:
Once on Campus, walk, ride or hop on a TICE bus - lines 4, 7 and 15.
Courses
Students will be attenting courses in two buildings:
- Maison du Savoir/House of Knowledge: Floors 2, 3 & 4;
- Maison des Sciences Humaines/House of the Humanities: Floor 1.
Detailed plans of the lecture rooms are available on every building floor. Faculty of Language and Literature, Humanities, Arts and Education (FLSHASE) students are already invited to check the information sessions for the 2015-16 academic year.
Eating facilities
These Restopolis facilities on Belval Campus will be open as of Monday, 30 August 2015. Set menus starting at 4€ will be served to students with an offer including vegetarian and healthy food choices as well as grill favorites. Sandwiches, beverages and snacks will also be available at reasonable prices.
- Restaurant Universitaire/University Canteen: Next to the Maison du Savoir/House of Knowledge, open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, Self Service with a daily selection of chef-prepared menus (hot and cold starters, hot entrees and desserts) and a complete garden fresh salad bar.
- Brasserie: Maison des Sciences Humaines/House of the Humanities, ground floor, open from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday;
- Cafeterias:
- Maison du Savoir/House of Knowledge, 1st floor, open from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday;
- Maison de l’Innovation/House of Innovation, open from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Student card – 4 IN 1
The new student card is multifunctional. It can be used to gain admission to the examination rooms, the Library, and the canteen. It can also serve as a public transport pass.
Library
Students can register to the BilioLab of Belval Campus, located at level –1 of the Maison des Sciences Humaines/House of the Humanities (11, Porte des Sciences, L-4366 Esch-sur-Alzette).
Housing facilities
Two "Résidences" are currently available:
- Résidence Uni-Val I with rooms and studios (175 dwellings), 10-12, Avenue du Swing, L-4367 Belvaux;
- Résidence La Luxembourgeoise (45 dwellings), 15, Rue Pir Kremer, L-4409 Belvaux.
Sports & Arts
- Register to one or several sport activities free of charge: visit the Campus Sport pages.
- Campus Art is organising art workshops intended for the entire University community – staff and students.
